Q. How do you deal with staff members who fall outside standard clothing sizes?
A. Wherever possible, Corporate Image of London will personally measure members of staff falling into these categories.
   
Q. Will you hold branded stock on our behalf and, if so, at what levels?
A. Yes, Corporate Image of London will hold your branded stock across your chosen product range. Together, we will agree levels of stock to correspond with your typical staff turnover.
   
Q. What are your delivery lead times?
A. From a stock base, we would not normally expect you to wait longer than one working week to receive your order.
   
Q. Can you colour co-ordinate male and female clothing?
A. Yes, almost always.
   
Q. What is your minimum order?
A. Ten garments.
   
Q. We are a European-based company – will you ship goods overseas?
A. Yes, we ship through internationally recognised carriers in the UK and Europe.
   
Q. Do you have an exchange policy?
A. Yes, provided the garment has not been worn, is clean and returned in its original packaging, we will exchange or refund the item/s.
   
Q. How do you ensure my workforce receive garments in sizes that will fit them?
A. In most cases, Corporate Image of London will arrange staff measuring programmes with you. We will meet your staff at suitable locations with a full set of garment sizes for them to try on. Minor adjustments to sleeve, skirt and trouser lengths will be noted, transferred to the garment and delivered as part of the final ‘person pack’.
